These (Inappropriate Content Removed) firstly charged me for a domain, then FAILED to capture it. They also claimed I registered a domain name I've never heard of.
I did not pay the fee, obviously and I even recall calling to resolve the issue.
Cue years later finding a credit note on my credit report. Turns out these douches forwarded it to NCO credit and added a damage on my credit report. Worse, when I called them to resolve this, with attached PDF evidence of the truth, in the form of receipts and invoices provided by them (which conflict with what is in their bust system, obviously), they made no effort to comment on any of it, and continued to try and swat me away instead of taking responsibility and repairing the issue.
I've hated these idiots ever since I took their service and I'll be glad to be rid of their service ASAP.
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Customer hostile, incompetent, greedy P.O. S company. A-Plus.net has been much better in my experience thus far.
