1&1 Internet 1and1, ripoff

I registered 2 Domain name with them and they e-mailed me a confirmation Without the Domain name I registered, the next day I wanted to park the Domain name by SEDO and they told me that I'm not the owner of this Domain, So I called up 1and1 and ask what happened with my Domain? One of their Nasty, Rude, customer service people answered me well that happens some times!!! Now you all know why the confirmation "dose not" have the Domain name on it, And now I don't have any prove that I'm the owner of this Domain Name. Do Not Trust them They are Rip-Offs.
