Jimmy Dawood claimed he was going to purchase the house that was in foreclosure and needed us to file a Quit Claim Deed to the house so he could negotiate with the Bank, however we find out later that we cannot sale the house with him holding the title and he will not transfer the Title back to use because he thinks he can make money on the deal, from the Bank or whomever.
