Please Help with this matter! I have written many times to this message board. I once again checked the City of Phila deedtitle on my old foreclosed house.
After two years, since Ocwen foreclosed and purchased the house back from the Sheriff sale. Our names Still show on the deed title! How do I get it removed? This house is damaged by settlement with sinking piers and slanted floors. Ocwen wanted this home to sell to HUD for the Free Home program for Sec. 8.
My neighbor was the one that wanted it!!!
When they foreclosed it put four children under 18, out of their house! And my two grand children under 3yrs.
From the begining Ocwen wanted to foreclose. If this house falls down and kills someone (row house, with four other sinking houses) our name shows as the owner!
I can't afford a lawyer, and this has to be resolved ASAP.
Ocwen boarded up only half the house in a high crime neighborhood! Ocwen left a window open for over 1 / years, above the sinking pier. So it would fall and they could collect insurance money!!! Please reply ASAP!
