My bank alerted me to a possible fraudulent activity on my account. While I was at the bank, the rep contacted through their fraud office, contacted Zbiddy for me. I talked to the ZBiddy Rep. I remembered visiting the site, and the ZBiddy rep said that since I had not really used the bid package that I had, he would send me a bid package to use before the end of February. Well, I've checked my email account and all its folders and I have not received anything from ZBiddy. Essentially the ZBiddy Rep lied to me just so that he didn't have to refund my money. So I feel taken advantage of and I have not received any products from ZBiddy.
