I signed up to Bidrack inadvertently. I didn't realize I was purchasing as $99 bid pack. I thought I was just becoming a member.
When I complained, they said they had a no refund policy. When I challenged through my credit card company, the company upheld Bidrack.
I accepted defeat and went back to the site to participate in auctions. But every time I placed a bid, they kicked me to the registration page again. I was NEVER ALLOWED TO BID.
I complained and asked for my money back repeatedly. The most recent complaint was today. They keep telling me they're looking into the matter, but they do nothing.
