I signed up for "bidrack" through their home registration page to see what the program was all about as there's very little info available without doing so. They required a credit card# to register, but, nowhere did I see there was a mandatory $99 charge for bids. The same day, I noticed a $99 charge online to the card I registered with. I immediately sent an email to bidrack support requesting the money be refunded as I had not authorized the transaction. They informed me that they had a no refund policy, even though I had not used any of their services. The message also read that the $99 charge was clearly visible on the registration page. I tried to find their registration page again to verify this, but, it was nowhere to be found
Another item to be mentioned is they guarantee that you'll be a winner on one of their auctions, stating if you don't win anything the first time around, your bids will be replaced at no charge until you do. Later to find that they will only replace your bids only once, contrary to the advertized guarantee
I still haven't won anything, and since I refuse to purchase any new "bidpacks", all the quality merchandise has been removed from the auctions. The free "bidwheel" (daily spin for free bids) feature on my page has been removed, and now, I can't even log in any longer. It appears they've washed their hands of me since it was obvious they weren't going to make any more money off me.
