First they charged me $99 for buying a pack of bids inadvertently. I never realized I was authorizing this charge when I gave them my credit card. When I complained to them and to my credit card company, they refused a refund.
When I subsequently tried to use the site, it blocked me. Every time made a bid, it switched me to the registration site. It refuses to this day to let me bid. Repeated complaints promise a speedy remedy, but nothing happens.
