My husband and I went to pc richardsand sons located at bay plaza in the bronx. We bougth a air conditioner, and after 1 week it broke. We took it back to the store, and we exchange it for another air conditioner (diferent brand). After 3 weeks it broke again; So we took back to the store and i requested my money back;However, they said that i could not have my money back. They could give only store credit. I do not trust their air conditioner anymore, and i don't fell buying anything there anymore. The manager was rude and did not provide a costumer service. I am very disappointed. I will never go there again
