Our air conditioner was working fine. We were selling our house, we didn't even call him. He must have seen the for sale sign and volunteered his services. He messed with the air conditioner and then said it was broke. It had been working an hour earlier.
He charged over $300 to fix it and we found out. All he had done was disconnect some wires to make it seem like it was broken.
At our former home, you can talk to my mom or dad about it cause i am listing this for them. This happened several years ago back in like 1989-90 or so (phone number deleted - see below)
