I spent several hours and several dollars in June/ July having my air conditioner worked on. Firestone ended up replacing my compressor. Now, not even two years later, they are telling me it needs to be replaced again for $700.
I didn't feel like the manager of the store (Mike) I went to wanted to assist.
I contacted the District Manager (Phil Gish), he was going to talk to Mike and call me back.
When I didn't hear back from either on, I tried to call Phil back. I was transferred to his voice mail. When I tried to call back to see if he was still in, no one would answer the phone.
So now I'm without an air conditioner and I'm upset about the way I was treated.
