I went onto this site thinking it was itunes (im not the brightest on computers, obviously, and have now lost all confidence on them) and at the start it came up with a few choices all to pay for a subscription starting off at a year for $19.95 (which is what i selected). It was said to have unlimited music downloads included. I was not told of any other fee. The company said the receipt would be emailed to me which i never received. I got worried and checked my partners visa card (which is what i used) and noticed that there was an extra fee of $9.88 which i did not authorize. I'm in the process of trying to get a full refund and cancel this.
