I expected that I would get music from them, I got downloads to get music, not sure what the difference is??? Anyhow, from the ads and from the website, I sure got the idea that I would be getting music forever, guess not. So, with my mistake I told them I wanted a refund. I did cancel within 7 days. They apologized and processed my cancellation.
I listened to what the customer rep did not say. He said "canceled, not refunded." I asked about my refund, he talked to his supervisor. They offered me many alternatives to change my account and then I would get most of my money back. I stuck to my story, I was canceling in the 7 days and wanted a complete refund. Their last offer was funny, they agreed I would get a complete refund and the processing fee was only $9.95. I told them I saw nothing in their website about a refund processing fee.
My poor rep, I am sure the supervisor was breathing down their neck to get some money out of me, but in the end the did agree to give me my total $57.78. Now the only thing is to process this, they say it will be 48 hours, then however long my bank takes to process it. Today is Tuesday morning, so I will be checking with my bank on Thursday, and if it isn't in process I will ask my bank to reverse the credit charge. I am expecting a confirmation email shortly.
I understand about making a living, but this company isn't about making anything, they are just offering to be tech support for downloads off the internet. I wish them luck, but they should market themselves better, they aren't about music, they are about tech support. I am sure they will do well, but not with me. The rep's were polite, but did take forever to say the simplest thing like "Please hold the line."
