I was looking to see what was on my husbands credit report so I decided to use Experian 3 in 1 credit 7 day trial just for $1 I thought this would be a good deal considering my husband and I are getting older and we are resolving some credit issues they put on our credit that was not true. After using my credit card and pulling up his credit to see what was on it I said this may be pretty good to have them monitor his credit so he can eventually get his rating up. To my surprise I checked my account at Suntrust today and saw they put my account in a negative balance aside from running my card 4 times totaling $119.80 and $36.00 fee from Suntrust totaling $114.00 which put my account in a negative of $200 and some dollars and I am furious and in tears I called Experian at their 1-877 number the person I spoke to who was Josh he admitted that they made a mistake and he would speak to his supevisor Mike, his supervisor to him to tell is they would refund only $87 which I disagreed with because it did not total the amount they took out and he said his supervisor would call the bank well when my husband called back to inform them about the wrong amount the girl said it was correct he said do the math it is not correct she put us on hold to speak to her supv. At this point my husband gave me back the phone which I told her what it totaled up to be and I asked her, what am I suppose to do about the Bank fee why should I have to pay for something they did illegally going for the money before the 7 day trial. I ordered the Experian trial Monday the 15th today is the 18th. I told them they need to refund my money and pay the bank fee. I than ask to speak to her supv. Who finally came to the phone after 7mins, my husband seen I was upset so he spoke to a supervisor name John, John #257119 John told my husband to get the bank on three-way and he wold speakto them to resolve the issue, we don't have threeway so we went to the bank and spoke to our personal banker. He let us call from his office which another woman answered and told dme everything was correct we told her we are sitting in the bank and told her John told us to call and ask for him, she comes back and says John did not come in today and my husband said I just spoke to him and giver her his number 257119 getting nowhere with her my husband asked to speak to any supervisor which a supervisor who is a woman came on She did tell me her name and I am looking for the piece of paper with her name I wrote she told me they were going to refund the chanrges and I asked her about the bank charges she would'nt comment she. At that point I told her that as soon as Igot home Iwas going to write the attorney general a letter and call the I team at channel Fox 5 News which Ihave already done I am just waiting here to her from them, the letter I am going to write after I finish with telling you my story after I told her that she informed me that they did not work for Experian and she is a single women and she knows how I feel, Itold her noshe does not know because she isnot in my shoes. Bottom line why should I wait for my money??? Why should I pay for Bank fees I only authorized them to take the $1 and then I was going to let them monitor the credit after 7 day and let then take the $29.95 but after this I just want them to cancel my account. I remember saying to her how do you just take people money. This is a hardship because Suntrust is going to take that money out of my husband check tonight. I feel they should give me my money since they made the mistake taking money ahead of time when it specifically says your bank card will not get the $29.95 until after the 7 days. I want then to be responsible for the bank fees also. I feel they should put my money right back since they had no problem taking it ahead of time. I first called them about 11 am when all this transspired, on the phone getting nowhere we went straight to thebank got there about 1pm today. Pleas, please tell me what to do I contacted Fox 5 and told them my story, just waiting to hear from them this negative account is going to affect my bills we have to pay and I am not leaving this alone I have to get to the bottom because who knows how many other they did this to. You know I am not well I am not suppose to get upset because of the cavenous I have on my brain stem, I already have a headache and I am very very upset Tell me some more steps to take. This is unfair
