I got the letter in the mail that said to call because i was approved for 65oo credit limit. So i called and as i went on in the process they asked me if i wanted any one else to use the credit card so i said yes my husband. So as it went on they asked for his checking account number so i did because they told me that it was for security purposes that they were not going to take anything out of his account.
About 2 days later my husband went to the bank and told me that he was missing 200.00 dollars out of his account so i did not think that it was the above credit card and when my husband went and spoke to the manager they said a ach withdrawl was taken out from the above company. So when we got home i called to tell them that what the did was unfair and that i would like to cancel.
The lady that i spoke to told me that i could not cancel until the other fee is paid of 99 dollars so i askedto speak to a manager and she told me that there was no managers in the office hard to believe right. You know that this is a lot of money to waste when you are trying to establish credit for a house. I really think that what they did to people is horrible and they should get in trouble. They also are cruel...
