I have won 14 different items on Bidrack.com during the month of June. Of those 14 items, I was provided a tracking number for a package containing 12. This package has sat stagnet in Japan since the 18th of June. The other two items, are current processing however, this processing has been going on since June 23. I have contacted Bidrack on multilple occassions and requested a refund of the money spent for these items as well as the shipping charges. I have been told that since no fraudulent activity had taken place on my behalf, I was entitled to a refund. I believe Bidrack has committed fraud, by keeping both the money as well as the products.
