Blocked by the CPR train!

I have been blocked at this same railway crossing four different times, lasting as long as 45 mins to over an hour just waiting to cross while the CPR train is stopped blocking the crossing! I am very frustrated and just want to get home!!! Railway crossing just outside of Smiths Falls, Ontario on Carrol Rd. Double rail crossing. Today the end of the train is carrying engine 9817. This is ridiculous! Js
