I joined BidRack on the 5th of June. I have won about 13 items now from them and have yet to see any of them come in the mail. All these items come out to a total of $98.97. I receieved shipping confirmations on 6 of them which were sent out of the 22nd of June. I should have recieved them by now. I also just received an email confirmation for the other items but not shipping. I contacted BidRack through email to inquire but I have not received a response. I will be calling tomorrow to ensure that I speak to someone. I have seen all the complaints and the class action suit that was filed and I am just worried that now I won't get cmpensated for anything. All the time ande money I spent on the site infuriates me. I want all my money back. I spent $75.00 on a Bidpack which makes my total cost in this site about $173.97 and thats not including all the cents I also spent on the small 5 bidpacks. Why shouldn't I be refunded all the money I spent? This site is a scam and their taking their time in sending my stuff so my 30 days will be passed before I can complain to my credit card company or whatever. I just wanted to formally complain as I do not have high hopes that the company will even care. I would really like my money back and I will also be complaining to the BBB. Thanks.
