I think in the entire time that I had participated in a bidrack account, I won and actually RECEIVED only ONE item. Since then, I have been waiting on a refund to bids I purchased.in addition to this, I had won three auctions back in June that I STILL HAVE NOT yet received the items for!
Over the last several months, I continually received emails when I wrote to complain of "We are looking into the problem but do not yet have a solution for you."...
And guess what! Now Bidrack is completely SHUT DOWN!!! What am I supposed to do about the money I've already spent and have not gotten the product for??? This was such a scam and I want my money back for the auctions as well as the bids themselves! Please include me in any class action law suit that may be filed against Bidrack!
