Same thing $99. Been fighting with them since the 2nd of June when I found the charge, after reading about others on the internet. I also bought some penny bid auctions and $27 bid package. I won 2 items, that have yet to be sent and when I email bidrack, they don't answer. I have reported them to every agency I have found on the internet and am still working on the package to sent to the Attorney General Of Delaware. Then tonight, I went Bidrack's buysafe webpage and put in disputes on all of my purchases (they wouldn't let you do the $99), saying they mislead me. I am at a loss and am really upset about this whole mess. I have spent hours trying to get my money back and to try and help others by reporting them.
