Hi, i bought a copy of fifa 11 for xbox360 which was faulty so i sent the game away to ea sports along with a cheque for £10 around christmas time. Istill to this dats have received no game, no explanation, nop apology nothing even after i have rung multiple times sent hundreds of emails but still nothing. Does anyone have any advice for me on how i can get refunded? Thankyou for reading
