I installed ADT services in my home in 2009 after my home was burglarized. Sales rep included same day service if there was a problem. Yesterday i discoverd the monitor was displaying error message. I called, they checked the system and there was no signal coming to their facility to show my alarm was going off therefore, if I was burglarized they could not call police, therefore, I'm unprotected. They cannot get someone out to my home until Friday, I pay them on time every month, they are not covering my home, they have broken the contract, and I cannot discontinue service with them because when I moved and transferred service in that started a new contract. They are very deceptive. If my home is burglarized before they come out to repair the problem I am not protected by them. Same day service is a lie. If I insist on same day service its an emergency request and if they come after 5, I get charged $259, with an additional $65 per hour. I am under the warranty. Who will expose them.
