Unauthorized credit card charge: Just Answer.com promises to charge only if problem is solved to customers' satisfaction. I called with a MAC tech problem. They were not able to solve it. I had to call Applecare, which did solve it. BUT then I had to pay Apple AND Just Answer.
This is a case of false advertising and unauthorized credit card charge.
