Received following e-mail from Dani Lunsford:

I am sorry we missed your appointment. I wanted to take this opportunity to reschedule or talk about the reason you could not make it to our dealership.

We want to earn your business. We'd like to offer you $200 to make another appoinment.

However after making appointment, visiting dealership, test driving cars I was interested in, but not buying as I mention to Ray the salesman, that was i still looking at other cars, plus the car I wanted the dealership did not have.

I then again presented the above e-mail I received but the dealership refused to honer what was clearly stated in the e-mail.
