Treadway Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Findlay Ohio has refused to service a new car based on the fact that it wasn't purchased from their dealership. The service manager told me that if the car had been purchased from them that they would service it. But because it wasn't then they were under no obligation to service this new car that is still under warranty. The service manager actually told me to take the car back to where I bought. I have contacted Dodge and am waiting on a phone call from them reference the unprofessional and illegal behavior of this service manager. I will keep everyone updated.
