I made a number of calls to Best Buy on N. May in OKC, OK to attempt to set an appointment to have my windows tinted. I was told 3 times that the installer was not available and that I would receive a call back, never got it! When I called back the fourth time, again I was told they could not find the install associate was not able to be located, I then asked for a manager and was left on hold for over 5 minutes and no one ever came back to the line. I have sent in this information to the company website, but still to this day have not been contacted.
