I called FPL to have my electric turned on and while on the phone they connected me to directv. Directv offered me a bundle deal that included 250 channels, telephone and internet this was 07/22 to be connected on07/26 they connected the telephone on 07/25 and on 7/26 the television att was sending a modem for the internet which i was to connect on my own. When I recieved the modem I connected all the wiring and could not get on the internet. So i called the number provided for problems and they told me that the salesman made a mistake and they dont have internet service in my area. They would send me a return label so i could send the modem back. So I told them I want to cancel service because they did not give me the bundle as they promised. So i called brighthouse networks 08/02 and they gave me a bundle package with all they promised. Directv then tells me I am gonna be charged $400 for early cancelation fee. I said i would not have canceled had I been given the bundle promised. Today 08/15 I recieved a bill from directv with a $460.00early cancelation fee on it as well as 102.43 for a previous balance which I dont know where that came from being I had the tv service for less than two weeks. I have spoke with many people at directv including a supervisor but no one will fix this. They just keep saying they are going to take it from the credit card on file. What can I do to resolve this.
