I got screwed by DirecTV, Wild Blue, ViaSat, XCeed Internet - Wild Blue Communications (Xceed Internet)

I was a DirecTV customer for 13 years. When I move to a new home, DirecTV encouraged me to bundle my services, which I had never done before. They presented Wild Blue Communications which offered Xceed Internet (supposed to be superfast).

They installed my internet and my download speeds were in the 4.0 to 4.8 mbps range. Are you kidding me? Dial-Up in faster. Upload speeds were in the 0.80 to 0.85 mbps range.

I called DirecTV to complain about the slow internet speeds, DirecTV just suggested I go with AT&T another partner of theirs. When I cancelled Wild Blue, I got dinged with a $355 early cancellation fee. I only had their service for 4-5 days.

DirecTV did not stand by me, even though Wild Blue was part of the DirecTV bundle.

I will be canceling DirecTV at the end of their contract too. Just on general principle.

Wild Blue/DirecTV = No Partners of Mine!!!
