Shipped a prescription to Medco nearly fourteen days before. Attempted to contact customer support on Sunday, got disconnected twice, never achieved a human. Named today, eventually got a human. Requested about prescription endure, was informed they couldnot browse the prescription and couldnot achieve the prescribing physician. Stated they might not examine his telephone number. Is not the telephone number published about the prescription station? Questioned why then, they'dnot troubled to make contact with me to I would like to understand some of this. The consultant couldn't provide me grounds. He explained "nicely, it claims here-you qualify for automated telephone call notices". I stated, right, why did not they contact? He did not understand. Imagine if this were existence or demise medication? Just how long were they likely to take a seat on this?
