When I called about getting DirecTV and internet, I was told I could bundle and save $10 per month. AT&T was to be the internet supplier. After DirecTV did their installation, I was told to call AT&T to schedule them to set up the internet. AT&T informed me they do not provide internet in my area. Also, the installer did not repair my planter bed after putting in their satelite dish. Was impossible to get a supervisor on the telephone. I waited 20 minutes one time and 5 minutes another. Their customer service sucks. As of right now, the satelite seems to be better than the cable I currently have so I will probably stay with DirecTV for now. Maybe we need a class action lawsuit.
