Our air conditioning went out May 28, we called customer service and they said they could not get anyone to go out until June 8th. We were told they would call June 7th to let us know when someone would come out, which was anywhere between 8 am and 5 pm. Around 6 pm we called to say no one had come and they told us there was no one in our area, and that someone couldn't come until June 18th! After speaking to a supervisor they said someone would come June 11th. This wouldn't be so bad but this past week it has been over 100 degrees every day, husband has to use a machine to help him breath at night and i have allergy issues. We've been patient to wait for the day they said they would come but it's very frustrating when they don't come when they say and having to reschedule things to stay home all day. -Ada Rios
