The endless Re-Finance

I found out July 2 that I was qualified for a special refinance with BOA because I have such good credit. Since I would not be able to get one anyplace else as I have a lot of credit debt I was thrilled and willing to do whatever it took to make it close. This process has been a nightmare, with them asking for the same things over and over again, resending duplicate paperwork and taking weeks and weeks to review anything that has been sent.
I am in Real Estate and have had Lots of experience with mortgages and Mortgage Companys and it is hard to believe that this company can operate like this and get away with it. I have had so many headaches and disappointments with these people that I am beside myself. If you are not armed with a computer, scanner, fax and endless patience do not apply at BOA. They do not call very often so you really don't need a phone. HA! From July 2 it is now Dec 7th and I am still waiting to hear when my closing date will be. I was so hopeful to have this done before the Holidays and yet another week has gone by with no communication. This has been just awful and upsetting, not the way it should have been. BOA need some serious help in their refinance department, or is it just that they like to torture the " special programs" because they, like myself, have no other options but to take it.
