Purchased a $200 Viking skillet from this center. After a few months use, the protective coating began pealing. Took back to the center in May. Asked for repair or replacement. They said they would get back with us. After a month, we began calling and getting the same answer. That a manager had to look at it and make a decision. Went to center a month ago. Sales clerk called manager from store and said he would make a decision and they would call us next week. That was four weeks ago. She also made a statement asking if we 'fried in the pan" and said we should not have. Advertisement clearly shows frying as one of the features.
