Purchased Turkish Airline Tickets from Travel Agent Mr. Muhammad Darr & made a payment of $4850 but never received tickets.
I have planned a Roundtrip from IAD (Washington) to Islamabad (Pakistan) for my family via Turkish Airways on 01/16 & for myself from IAD to Istanbul on 03/06 & have wired $4850 to travel agent Mr. Muhammad Dar on 11/22 who is owner of Kashmir Travel & tours (http://kashmirtravelsonline.com). I was told & was expecting to receive etickets within one day of payment of money ($4850). I was emailed reservation before I paid the amount ($4850) but it did not have eticket no. I confirmed with Airline (Turkish Airways) that a ticket hasn't been purchased yet. I have called many times, send SMS, send many emails, send certified letter & fax but didnt receive any response.
