What: Anh Haus business dealings:
Took possession of employees personal properties and refused to pay employees earned salary.
Refused to pay earned referral fees and commission to her associates, perhaps commingling funds inappropriately.
Used employees credit card to her own advantage.
Terminated employee without providing a formal termination letter and earned salary to date.
Tolerated male employee for his sexual harassment actions. Close bond between the two could indicate something else, i.E., an affair (new husband not aware?).
Lied to the IRS that she hired no employees since 2007. The IRS closed down her company employment account in September because she registered no employees. The facts are she did not want to pay any employer withholding tax to the IRS. She hired one employee in 2008 who was a disability income receiver, and paid her in cash!
Careless office procedures exposing clients confidential information.
Allied with Leon Jordan II who is under investigation by the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) for fraudulent fund raising using fictitious bond offerings.
Promised her deceased father would mystically provide funds to her business and herself!
In the meantime, she borrows money left and right to cover her business expenses since 2007; and still 3-4 months behind office rents.
Notices of eviction are daily occurrence. Bank insufficient fund notices are common place. Her new husband comes to her financial rescue quite often after the marriage. IBM trained but not very smart, poor fellow could be her next victim.
