When I used one of there ATM machines I tried to withdraw $300.00. My transaction went through but the ATM machine only gave me $80.00 back, but it took $300.00 out of my account. So I called the 1-800-number and they said that I would have my money back in my account the next day. Well it's 8/08 and I still don't have my money. I guess we all have money to throw away. I am a single mother raising kids trying to stay off state assistance. I guess my pride gets in the way. So my question is why did they not do an audit on this machine to show that it was over $220.00? Beware if you get money from an ATM machine double count it. If it shorts you wait and wait and hope you get it back. Wells Fargo is a contractor of this so called company. Beware!!
