I entered into an agreement with Wall & Associates for tax representation on March, 5 at the companies’ Albuquerque NM location through Martin C. Satz. According to Mr. Satz” This is a simple tax case that will take about 6 months”. Mr. Satz assured us that the resolution would be “settled around $1,000” and I was led to believe I was dealing with an organization n New Mexico. Made an initial payments of $2,500. Since then Wall & Associates has cashed checks in the amount of $3,150.00.
The first employee that began to contact me about information that Wall & Associates might need was out of the Kingsport, Tennessee office. I thought that she was merely assisting your Albuquerque office with preliminary information.in May I was contacted by same employee for any possible additional information to help resolve this matter.in June I sent that information and for two months the employees at Wall & associates in Tennessee couldn’t seem to find it. I have called the phone numbers given by their employees repeatedly and most of the time get called back in several weeks. To this date I have been called by at least 4 employees with your company and most don’t know any information about my account or what has been done. I have asked repeatedly during the last 6 months for information regarding my account and was assured that “we are working on it”.in December I asked again for information and Amanda said” the lady in NM with the state is on Holiday leave”.in January I asked an employee named Brianna again for information regarding the resolution of claimed taxes owed and was told by “ the contact with the State of NM is on extended leave”.
This company and employees use deceptive/fraudulent business practices. First of all I was assured by Mr. Satz this was going to be handled in state by wall & associates. The local business listing in Albuquerque has used 3 different company names within the last year; Wall & Associates, E. Kenneth Wall P.C. And now A. Wall and Association Incorporated. I have called repeatedly and Mr. Satz has returned no calls. I know that of last week Mr. Satz is still working in the Albuquerque office. I am assuming that the reason for the business listing name changes is that many other customer have been lied to by your employees. No information has been given as to what Wall & Associates has done or plans to do and obviously been met with stall tactics to maximize their monthly payments. I
