I started working with Domari & Associates in 2 as an executive recruiter in which I excelled in making multiple placements. Never had any derogatory statements regarding my performance.in 9/04 I went into the office and was fired and was told they did not need to give me any reason. I was just to leave and would not get my commissions.
Soon after I sought legal counsel which I paid in upwards of 12,000 for to seek my earned commissions of 27,400, but prior to this going to mediation I had to back out due to financial reasons. Although, I have four years to pick this case back up.
This company basically hires people on a commission basis and when the employees perform well, they fire them or drive them so crazy it makes it an intolerable place to work, so the company can keep the full amount of commissions instead of having to give 40% to the employee that earned the commission and solely works on a commission basis.
Very unethical company to the companies they work with, the recruits they obtain and the employees they have working for them.
