Ordered a clock. They posted a "Thank you for your order" summary and took the money from my account immediately the next day after placing the order. I was told they would ship within 48 hours. However, when I checked my order summary on 7/29, there was no tracking number supplied. I started calling and leaving voicemails to which I was told I would get a reply within 24 hours - but no replies. The voicemails messages said "We are not taking calls today" or "We will start taking calls after 11 AM today. We are sorry for the inconvenience." Then I started sending e-mails - no replies. Their website says when you call you will talk to live customer service people - but there are NONE. This morning I contacted my bank to see what I can do to get my money back. I called and left a threatening VM telling them I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Still no clock!!!
