I ordered an outdoor clock online. When my clock did not come, I attempted to call multiple times. First, the message said to call back within certain hours. I kept trying on different days to reach someone in customer service, all to no avail. I also tried sending emails to find out the status of my order. No response. Beware of this website! It is a scam.
