On Feb 15 I orderd a schoolhouse clock from clocks mall.
When the clock did not arrive at the scheduled date, i called clocksmall
and asked where my clock was. I spoke to a person named James.
He could not locate my order due to computer problems, and promised to call back. No callback so i called and was told the clock was on backorder.
I cancelled the order and was told they would credit my credit card account.
They billed the card on the same day i ordered the clock. They do not resdpond to calls or emails. My charge of 147.04 is in dispute. Fear that clocksmall will never return my money. Beware of this site.
