Ordered a Seth Thomas mantel clock on July 12. Status kept showing "not shipped". My credit card was charged immediately, but clock was never shipped. I talked to someone on the phone and he said they would be getting it the first week in Aug. Then one reply to my e mail saying they would get back to me with an update. I called several times with no answer and my husband called once. I contacted my credit card co and they said they would look into it. So far, no more replies from Clocksmall, after I have sent several more e mails.
