I bought a clock on this website and my credit card was immediately charged. I received an order confirmation also, but there was never any follow up that it shipped. I emailed several times and called and left messages. No response. No Clock. After looking around online I saw that they have an F rating by the BBB. I contacted my credit card company and they are taking care of getting my charges reversed.
