Worst customer service experience in my life. For 2 weeks i've talked to different people none of which know anything about any of the notes put in by those before them. I was suppose to get a refund check overnighted by a manager and she supposedly approved it with her manager and put it in the notes. Spoke with another manager today who needed a different career. First i get told 30 days, then 14 days, then it was approved for overnight on the 12th of jan, then 13th, and it's in process. But she can't verify if overnight was selected or not. After trying to brush me off from the beginning continued to tell me how she knew what i was going through. Wrong thing to say to someone pissed off because no one at this bank can keep 1 single story straight. They are easy to take your money but to refund you your money they are frauds. I rather have the cs manager tell me i dont know whats going on rather than excesses and bs when in the end i probably wont see a check for a month. Never never use this bank it's not worth the time or effort and this was a rather small problem. Beware of this poor excuses for a bank
