I ordered a tailgating tent with an additional sidewall in October. I received the tent but the sidewall was put on backorder. I followed up in January and received a reply telling me the item would be available in the Spring. The reply did offer my the option of canceling my order. I agreed to hold off for a while longer.
In May I sent an email requesting cancellation of the back order and a refund of the amount I paid. I received no response. Since that time I have sent several emails to the addresses shown on their webside. I have also called the telephone number given on their website. I've called 3 times and got voice mail each time and I left a message each time. I still have not received a reply or even an acknowledgement that my messages have been received. I'm concerned that they have gone out of business although it appears from their website that they still accept new orders. I just want my order cancelled and a refund made.
