I live in Charlotte Michigan and I am growing EXTREMELY frustrated with your railway drivers. Why is it that you can't stop BEFORE the rail crossing? Do you realize that if you decide to stop and hold up a crossing we can't get to the other side of our town. This happens all the time. I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get around your train that stopped Sunday July 31. The next time this happens I am going to make a police report and submit it to you so that you can reimburse me for the wasted gas that is nearly $4.00 a gallon. You are the most inconsiderate company in the world.
