I ordered "hair bows" for my infant daughter on July 15 from hairbowprincess.com. To this date (August 19), I still have not received my order. I have emailed the company several times and just get back an "auto response" email each time. One of those emails stated that "all orders placed before August 1 have been shipped." So I again emailed them to let them know that I have not received my order. And of course I just received another auto response email. I then tried calling "Rose" at 252-364-2738 (which is the name and number given in the emails). I have called this number several times and no one ever answers. There is also no voice mail. It just keeps ringing. At this point I don't believe I will ever receive the products I've ordered and will now contact my bank to see if there is any way to get my money back.
