I am a B.O. A customer for over 4 years and a I have had many complaints when no where to compain to. I called the Customer Service with concerns to an account and was trying to remember some activity but I couldn't at the moment and express concerns if the is fruad activity. The operater at the time said for me block the card and reactivate it at a later time and ther will not be an inconvinience, so I did. Now I called back and I have to 5 to 10 business days. Who do I complain to? This not the first misleading information operater have giving me.in the mean time I have correct all thier mistakes and waste my time and money, but if it where turned around B.O. A would addimatically charge my account $35. How do we hold any company accountable for all of thier mistakes and charge them fees?
