On July 2 my dish network services were interrupted and I call to find out why. I was told that I need to make another payment in order to have my services restored. I informed them that I was not delinquent and I was not making another payment and for them to cancel my services. And I would like a refund my payment that I made. I informed the rep. That I was under no obligation, no contract. Today is July 29 and I received another bill. I called the company to be put on hold for 20 min. As usual, I say this because I've tried several time to rectify this problem.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me with my refund also with the billing issue's.
