On july 2 my dish network services were interupted and i call to find out why. I was told that i need to make another payment in order to have my services restored. I informed them that i was not deliquent and i was not making a nother payment and for them to cancel my services. And i would like a refund my payment that i made. I informed the rep. That i was under no obligation, no contract. Today is july 29 and i received another bill. I called the company to be put on hold for 20 min. As usual, i say this because I've tried several time to rectify this problem.
It would be greatly appreciated if you could assist me with my refund also with the billing issue's.
