Employees lie to customers

I have been out of work for over 8 months, my dish network services had been suspended. I went online about 10 days ago to see what I would have to pay to have services restored. Website said 154.00. A few days later I called to make the payment and they told me it would be 352.00 to restore the services. NO IFS ANDS OR BUTTS, Dish Network works with nobody. So I got the money together and called last night to make the payment, I was now told it would be 484.00 to get my TV back on.

I was pretty upset and the representative Scott said don't worry we will turn it on for the 352.00. I gave Scott my payment information and he said the service would be on in a minute or two. After 20 minutes or so and the service not coming on I called back. I was told by this new person they would not turn it on unless I paid the rest of the money. I explained what the last rep had said so I was transferred to a supervisor.

I went through the whole story again of what Scott had said, asked them to please listen to the recording. The supervisor pretty much insinuated I was lying and HUNG UP on me. I called back and went through the whole thing again with a guy named Jack who also ignored what I was originally told and once again I was hung up on. Dish Network acts like they are the only satellite providers out there and for their employees to lie to get money out of you should be illegal.
